Ford Develops Car Driver Health Monitoring Features


Automotive world is now more attention just by its rider. Ford is currently developing a feature that can monitor the health of the riders and will tell riders when conditions deteriorate and potentially cause harm.

Features that Ford developed with a software development company WellDoc This is essentially a system which continuously monitored the health of the drivers of health problems ranging from asthma to heart and then display or send a warning if the driver in danger.

In addition, this feature is also integrated by the various components in the car, to help motorists avoid or overcome health problems.

For example, a driver who suffered from allergies were driving to a place. When the air in the region has a lot of pollen is flying, and the driver is known allergy, then the car will automatically raise the window and started doing air recirculation.
For diabetics, this feature can be used to access the personal database driver in WellDoc, where glucose levels are recorded.

While WellDoc president Anand K. Iyer said that if an application accurately, the application can monitor the condition of people with diabetes and warned them to increase vigilance.
