YouTube video sharing site growing in popularity soared. YouTube Party revealed that 3 billion videos are played on the site belongs to Google, every day.
That number is the jump significantly compared to last year. As quoted from TechRadar detikINET, Thursday (5/26/2011), the percentage increased to 50%. No doubt, it's a beautiful gift for YouTube, which is celebrating its sixth anniversary this month.
According to YouTube, that figure is equivalent to nearly half the world population watch YouTube every day. Or any of the U.S. population saw nine videos per day.
Other statistics revealed by YouTube is more than 48 hours duration diupoad videos to the site every minute. This figure represents an increase of 37% compared to six months ago.
YouTube was founded in 2005. Video sharing site was later purchased by Google and prosper until now.
