Regrets Becoming the World's Heaviest Women



Became famous as a unique possible plume. Moreover, the uniqueness is listed on as a world record. But not for Pauline Potter, the record holder of the world's heaviest woman to reach 318 kg body weight by Guinness World Records.

Women's 47-year-old Sacramento, California, this would want to lose weight so that they can enjoy life.

Back when normal weight, he could still enjoy life, including his sex life. However, everything has changed since her weight shot up, and continue to rise until he too was unable to rotate his body in bed.

Potter admitted the difficulty in performing daily activities. He even wanted to lose 227 kg of weight.

Although it is difficult because they feel has the fat gene and unusual eating habits, women who currently has 292 kg of body weight is not broke.

"My mother has a weight of more than 180 kg, my father more than 270 pounds, and I have 8 Sodara who all weigh over 130 pounds," he said, quoted by the Daily Mail.

Potter said he was repeatedly put off losing weight. He was conscious and decided to get it down because his life became more difficult and very dependent on others.

"Everything became very difficult, from bathing suits to wear, even I can not use my own socks," he said. Fortunately, he has a son who always helped him to do everyday activities. However, all of it made him feel guilty and fear has always depended on his son.

To overcome her weight problem, Potter has always found time to soak in warm water pools of three to five times a week. "I am very happy if I lost weight. Maybe 90 kg is the ideal weight for me," he said.

To that end, Potter was looking for a nutritionist and doctor to help him. Not only that, he was seeking support from friends in cyberspace.

"I have many online friends who also have a weight problem, so we can exchange information via chat, phone, or email," he said.

Potter also said that he was not proud to be the world's heaviest woman and sorry to be for now. He does not recommend it to anyone.

"I do not even know how to say it. It's no fun, no fun at all. There is no physical liberty," he said.
