Dangers of Drinking Coffee After Eating Fast Food

Fast food or fast food is known to be good for health. But if someone is eating fast food and coffee afterward, a combination that is very bad for health.

As quoted from the Times of India, drink coffee during or after eating fast food can increase blood sugar levels. According to researcher Marie-Soleil Beaudoin of the University of Guelph, Canada, fast food is high in fat, when coupled with the increase in coffee consuming blood sugar more than doubled.

"With this result, we are told that saturated fats interfere with the stabilization of blood sugar in the body and when combined with coffee, the impact could be worse," said Beaudoin.

Sugar who settled in the blood for a long time will lead to bad health condition and can affect other organs. Research conducted by Beaudoin, Professor Lindsay Robinson and Terry Graham found the effects of saturated fat and caffeinated coffee on blood sugar levels.

In this study Beaudoin and colleagues designed a special form of cocktail drinks that contain fat. This drink is specially designed by researchers to find accurate results that occur when swallowing fat on the body. As a result, there is a spike in blood sugar levels that appear up to 65 percent and a level with those at risk of developing diabetes.

"Securities posed can survive up for hours. What you eat during the day could have an impact on how the body respond to food in the future," said Beaudoin.

Beaudoin also explained that usually when we eat sugar, the body produces insulin which helps remove sugar from the blood and into muscle mendstibusikannya. But the researchers found that fatty foods affect the body's ability to membersihakan sugar from the blood.
